Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred.
Also all non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition
If you want to return some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.
In order for us to process your return efficiently, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") before sending anything back. To request a RA, simply contact Galerie de Harmelie at info@harmelie.com.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our offices. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
Shipping
We offer delivery to more than 100 countries around the world as indicated on the order form. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours- 48 hours, however, please allow up to 7 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.
Your order will be shipped once:
i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
iii) If you have ordered an item from a waiting list it will be shipped once the merchandise is in stock.
The length of time it takes to receive a package depends upon which location you are in. Orders are generally shipped out within 24-48 hours.
With regular shipping, you should expect your order to arrive within 3-4 business days via a courier service. We make every effort to reduce the shipping times.
